Rate and comment this water Average rating: good not so good: Valdemar Ottawa, Canada 2009-Mar-11 I don't like this water; especially at room temperature tastes awful. The best of this mark comes from Puebla source, although the majority of production is from Colonia Xalostoc, Ecatepec which is the northern part of Mexico City. This source is nothing more then the city tap water.
good: Ernesto Catalan Guadalajara, Mexico 2008-Jan-30 Penafiel is easy to find and the most common mineral water in Mexico. The gas is a bit too strong for my liking. It tastes better AFTER some of the gas has died off. It's good, but not the best. The best would be Garci-Crespo or Topo Chico.
excellent: Ockham Mexico, Mexico 2008-Jan-11 Penafiel waters come from thaws of Popocatepetl and Iztacihuatl volcanos. another source of spring water is the coyame lagoon in Veracruz. If you want to find high quality mineral water you should search for places like Coyame in Veracruz, or Los Azufres in Michoacan and of course, tehuacan in Puebla state.
not so good: Edgar Monterrey, México, 2002-Jul-4 I agree with Sergio, The Best Mineral Water in Mexico, is Topo Chico.
excellent: Davido México, D.F., 2001-Nov-21 Peñafiel was born in one of the best natural places in México, If you can ever see this site you will see this natural mineral source.
not so good: SERGIO MEXICO, 2000-Jul-13 The best mineral water in Mexico is Topo Chico ~~~Disclaimer: The opinions expressed in the above ratings are submitted by third parties and do not necessarily represent the opinion of mineralwaters.org or pmgeiser.ch |
