Average rating: not so good

Used to get a different water delivered in another state. After moving to TX we had to switch to another Nestle-owned water so that we wouldn't be considered breaking our water delivery contract. So, we ended up with Ozarka. Prior to having it delivered to home we thought it was good. The home delivered water was HORRIBLE!! It had a chlorine/chemical-like odor and after taste. We thought it was probably the water cooler so we tried the water straight from the 5 gal. container - same thing. Then we thought maybe the container wasn't rinsed properly so we dumped the water and opened another container - same thing. We called and complained, they replaced the water bottles... same thing!! The OZARKA home delivered water tastes NOTHING like the OZARKA bottled water we buy at stores. Now we don't know what to do... do we continue to pay monthly for water we aren't even drinking or pay the $100 penalty fee and break our contract?

This is great spring water and is not filtered city water. I would not buy any other bottled water.

awful: Joe Raytown, Missouri, USA 2005-Jul-21
This water is acidic! You should look for a water with a pH of at least 7.00 or higher.

awful: Jason Rockwall, TX, USA 2005-Mar-31

not so good: michelle TX, USA 2004-Dec-22
If I did not have the money to buy expensive, good water I would buy this. It's not awful, but you get what you pay for, and in USA Ozarka is chhhhheeeappppp.

good: Christine Tynes Grapevine, TX, USA 2004-Oct-17
Very average. The mineral content is not as high as I would like but it is ok for general everyday use.

I am very skeptical on where this water is from. I seen the report on TV, and from now on I will never buy this water again.

If you taste a good water, then Ozarka you wonder how they can put this on the shelf. You get what you pay for.
