Average rating: very good

This carbonated water is one of my three favourite carbonated waters in the world - Sa Kiseljak, Jamnica and Mihalkovo. All three are totally different, but satisfy me in all ways. I drink it a lot along with Kiseljak with at times changing their places as my favourite water.

This water has a super high TDS mostly from it's high HCO3- and Na content. This lightly effervescent water has a sweet taste and clean finish.

excellent: Zeljko Zagreb, Croatia 2011-Dec-21
Mineral water with the the better taste of the many other mineral water in the Europe, and maybe in the World what I ever drank.

good: walter wasser wasserburg, wasserland 2009-Feb-24
good quality, a little strong metallic taste, more of a strenghtening than of a refreshment :)

excellent: Bernd Kaiser Wasungen, Deutschland 2008-Jul-26
sehr schmackhaftes und sehr gut verträgliches Mineralwasser. Mein persönlicher Eindruck seit mehreren Jahren ist die besondere Magenfreundlichkeit.

excellent: Juliah Why do you care?, Why do you care? 2008-May-1

good: Igor Krneta Banjaluka, RS-BiH 2007-Feb-10
Jamnica 1L glass packed is excellent water. But, 1.5L PET packaging is not so good, so I have to rate it with lower mark than usual. Also, the price for 1L glass version is rather steep.

This water is absolutely excellent. Nothing better than sitting out on a patio and having a bottle of this with a slice of lemon!

excellent: harald vienna, austria 2005-Jun-29

not so good: dizdar bihac, bosnien 2005-Apr-10
habe schon besseres wasser getrunken, nicht schlecht aber hat mich nicht so überzeugt, war ein bisschen bitter, darum nicht so gut!

excellent: Zoran Karlovac, Croatia 2004-Oct-20
With respect but Mr Green does not know lot about mineral water sources and about Croatia. One of the most important fact about water is how old it is. Jamnica Water are drilled from basin that is 15 miles far from mountain part called Zumberak, very poor populated part of Croatia with lot of woods. Some studies told us that the water from Jamnica is over one million years old. Comparing with other European water I belive much more in Jamnica and the future will show us am I right.

awful: David Green London, England 2004-Jul-19
Aghhh, awful! Tastes very artificial. The reason why the water might taste like this is because Croatia is known for it's lack of water cause it does not have many mountains. Truly ghastly.

good: George71 Los Angeles, 2003-Sep-5
Pretty good. Has a bit of a texture which leaves an aftertaste. Prefer to drink alone rather than with food.

very good: Dana Ottawa, Canada, 2003-Jun-28
With regards to the comment by Andrew ('irony-like' taste) - most of the natural mineral waters from that area will have this taste. It's all about what you are used to drink.
For me - both Radenska and Jamnica are excellent waters (Radenska might be a little 'lighter' and easier to drink)

not so good: mike USA, 2003-Jun-22
Pretty bad!!

good: robica dubrovnik, 2003-Apr-4
After all this water won 1st place for the best water of the world. We have to considered that.

excellent: klara Ludwigshafen, 2003-Feb-28
'Super Wasser, toller Geschmack!Auf der Aqua Expo 2003 in Paris wurde es als das beste Wasser beurteilt; es wurden weltweit fast alle Wasser getestet.'

awful: Andrew Frankfurt, 2002-Jul-30
Doesn't taste good (iron-like taste) and is very unhealthy (just look at the Natrium content). When you are in Croatia, try to get Radenska (from Slovenia) instead - much better!

excellent: Peter93929 London UK, 2002-May-1
Excellent. Very refreshing and a good digestif

excellent: Goran Zagreb, 2001-Aug-31
So much better than Studenac!

excellent: Javor Zagreb, Croatia, 2001-Jul-19
Perfect water. You can mix it with vine or juice without changing their taste or colour. Fantastic !!!

not so good: Zagreb Zagreb, 2001-Apr-19
Too much Iron I think. Strong metal taste. Not so good.

excellent: smola zagreb, 2001-Apr-4
